Our Concrete Polishing Process

1. Surface Preparation The floor is prepared using industrial diamond grinding equipment to remove coatings, adhesives, or surface contamination. This step ensures the concrete is clean and ready for polishing.
2. Concrete Grinding Coarse diamond tooling is used to level the floor and remove imperfections. This step opens the concrete pores and prepares the surface for the densifier.
3. Densifier Application A professional concrete densifier is applied to chemically harden the surface of the concrete. This step improves durability and greatly reduces dusting.
4. Progressive Diamond Polishing The floor is polished through multiple stages using progressively finer diamond abrasives until the desired finish is achieved.Common finish levels include:
